Communication is a marketer’s tool for educating, reminding and persuading customers about their goods, services or brand. Social media is the application of marketing and tools techniques for marketing socially beneficial ideas and causes to a particular group of people or community as a whole. It means the brand communication represents the company’s voice. The world of communication has changed slowly. The conventional world wide web (WWW) and Web2.0 technology condition is the reason why this transaction can be traced. One of the notable changes is the way each other or with organizations that communicate with their customers. One of the means of this transaction can be defined as social media. Such virtual worlds provide a forum.
