Abstract
The Government of India (GoI) has taken several measures to achieve the rural development processes by leveraging knowledge to build new India. The central government has initiated the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (PMGDISHA) is to empower the citizens in rural areas by training theni to operate computer or digital access devices (like tablets, smart phone). Send and receive e-mails, browse internet, access government services, search for information, undertake digital payment and enable them to use the information technology and related application especially Digital payment to actively participate in the process of nation building.
