Abstract
The expectations of the millennium kids regarding education has changed drastically. They can now acquire any amount of knowledge at a touch of a button. But still being humane is much needed. Hence the role of a teacher too has changed from knowledge giver to life skill trainer. This study analysis various literature reviews as the intellectual capability of teacher and how the teachers can continually enhance their intellectual skills so as to help build intellectual strong students.
