Abstract
Security is the main aspect in today’s world. Face Recognition is the ideal choice for security due to its
versatile nature. Automatic License Plate Recognition is a technology which uses number plate to
identify the vehicle.. The aim is to design an effective automatic society system by using the vehicle
number plate and face recognition to detect authorized person. The system is implemented on the
entrance for security control of a highly restricted area like military zones or area around top
government offices e.g. Parliament, Supreme Court etc. It is mainly usable for society. The continuous
Camera module face location has been made conceivable by utilizing the strategy for CNN and number
plate recognition by ANPR. Proposed work manages mechanized framework to distinguish and order
the Faces utilizing CNN (Convolution Neural Network). Because of the expanding number of vehicles,
result in expand of traffic. These days individuals want to utilize their own vehicles rather than open
vehicles which results in increment of traffic, so reconnaissance and following a specific vehicle is

issues.
