Abstract
The fundamental role Education is construction of the society. Currently education is one of the basic needs of society. With the help of quality education we are empowering the nation. In 21 century ICT is playing important role in educational, teaching and learning process. Learning trough ICT is called E-Learning. ICT means Information Communication Technologies and are define, for the purposes of this introduction, as a diverse set of technological tools and resources used to communicate, and to create, broadcast, store, and manage information that includes all technology for handling and communication of information. Basically two types of ICT one is traditional and another is new. In Traditional ICT T.V., Radio, telephones, Newspapers etc. and the New ICT is internet, telecommunications, PPT, Video Conferencing etc. we are surrounded by media like T.V., Newspaper, Radio, Computer, smart phones, Laptop etc. it is also called an multimedia and all these are covered under Information Communication Technologies (ICT). Information and communication technology (ICT) has become, within a very short time, one of the basic build blocks of modern society.
