Abstract

The research is focused on study of Organizational management strategies and its influence on employee retention in large scale industries located in Nashik City. It covers large scale listed companies in MIDC of Nashik City with a turnover of 50 Crores and above. Researcher has sampled 14 companies for the research and for pilot survey data is collected form 30 respondents.  Primary data that has been collected from employees of organizations using a structured questionnaire. Data is analyzed using Descriptive analysis, Tabulation, Charts and tested using Correlation, Regression, ANOVA and Z –Test. The research results depict that Organization’s Management Strategies have significant influence on employee retention. Also, Recruitment & Selection Practices have the highest influence on employee retention whereas Training & Development Practices have the lowest influence on employee retention.
