Abstract
For the sustainable development of any economy, MSMEs are the most important pillars as they happen to be the largest employers and contributors to overall GDP in any economy. To make these MSMEs competitive, it is important for them to embrace ICT. ICT is having major impact on how people and organization live and work today.
This paper aims at identifying the key areas where leadership can play an important role in boosting ICT Adoption in MSMEs.
