Development of ASR system based on isolated words of Ahirani spoken language: A Dialect of Khandesh

In this paper we discusse Automatic speech recognition system for Ahirani language (A-ASR) and its associated corpus. Ahirani is one of the regional languages in
Maharashtra, especially in Khandesh region. The A-ASR system is uses spectral features to train Hidden Markov Model (HMM) for recognition of the Ahirani dialect of Marathi
